Wear plate laser cutting from 4mm to 25mm
We laser cut wear plate for mining, earthmoving, transport and general engineering customers. Plate sizes go up to 2500 x 6000mm, so large liners and panels can be cut in one piece.

Tips for wear plate parts
- Tell us the plate grade and thickness when you request a quote, and supply the plate if you prefer.
- Thicker plate has a wider cutting tolerance: over 6mm is typically ±0.3 to 0.5mm, so leave clearance on parts that must fit together.
- Mention if the edge will be welded or machined after cutting.
- Add bend lines to your drawing if the part is to be folded.
Cut, fold and weld in one place
Because we also fold and weld in the same workshop, we can supply finished wear parts, not just flat blanks. Typical turnaround is 2 to 3 working days.
